摘  要:为了研究中华散尾鬼笔的分类地位和抑菌活性,试验采用PCR产物直接测序的方法,将获得的中华散尾鬼笔内部转录间隔区(ITS)序列在NCBI上进行序列比对,并根据比对结果绘制N-J系统发育树;分别以正丁醇、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、石油醚、氯仿作为提取溶剂萃取中华散尾鬼笔的培养液,采用生长速率法进行抑菌活性试验并计算抑菌率。结果表明:中华散尾鬼笔属于笼头菌科,其亲缘关系更接近竹荪属真菌;培养液对尖孢镰刀菌、灰葡萄孢菌和拟盘多毛孢菌的抑菌率分别为47.53%、59.82%及50.26%;正丁醇的提取效果最好,其他4种提取溶剂的效果差异不明显;以正丁醇作为提取溶剂获得的粗提物对上述3种林木病原菌的抑菌率分别为45.35%、37.08%及15.58%。说明中华散尾鬼笔可作为新的研究对象用于微生物源农药的开发。The aim of the present study was to analyze the taxonomy status and antifungal activity of Lysurus mokusin. The PCR products of L. mokusin genome were subjected to sequence directly. The ITS sequences of L. mokusin were aligned on NCBI, and the N -J phylogenetic trees were drawn according to the alignment results. The crude extracts of L. mokusin were extracted by using the n - butanol, ether, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether and chloroform, respectively. The antifungal activity test of the crude extracts was performed by the growth rate method and the antifungal rate was calculated. The results showed that the genus L. mokusin belonged to the family Clathraceae genus, and its phylogenetic re- lationship was closer to the fungus of Dictyophora. The inhibitory rates of fermentation to Fusarium oxysporum, Botrytis cinerea and Pseudomonas putida were 47.53%, 59.82% and 50.26%, respectively. The extraction effect of butanol was the best, and the effect of other four solvents was not significant obvious. The inhibitory rates of the crude extracts obtained with n - butanol as extraction solvent on the three species of forest pathogens were 45.35%, 37.08% and 15.58%, respectively. The results indicated that the L. mokusin could be used as a new research object for the development of microbial pesticides.
