摘　　要：紧密连接是控制细胞旁路离子及特定分子运输的必要结构,且在维持细胞间粘附作用和组织完整性方面也发挥重要作用。紧密连接在肿瘤发展与转移过程中的作用已被广泛证实。紧密连接蛋白表达与分布的改变会使其结构内聚力下降,利于肿瘤细胞对内皮细胞的侵袭,最终导致肿瘤细胞的转移。本综述将对紧密连接在肿瘤转移过程中的作用进行总结讨论。Tight junction plays a vital role not only in the control of paracellular diffusion of ions and certain mol- ecules, but also in maintaining cell to cell adhesion and tissue integrity. The importance of tight junction in tumor pro- gression and metastasis has been widely demonstrated. Changes in the expression or distribution of tight junction pro- teins led to the loss in cohesion of the tight junction structure, which in turn results in invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. This review will summarize and discuss the recent insights into how tight junction are participated in the process of tumor metastasis.
