摘　　要：文章运用多种监测技术,综合评价陶瓷基自修复材料应用于某型舰用柴油机后的性能状况,发现陶瓷基自修复材料能有效减缓柴油机摩擦副的磨损,改善柴油机性能,而不对柴油机润滑油粘度产生不良影响。陶瓷基自修复材料在舰用柴油机上具有良好的应用前景。The performance of a kind of ceramic-based auto-restoration material was evaluated systematically through various comprehensive monitoring techniques, when it was applied on a marine diesel engine. It was found that the application of the ceramic-based auto-restoration material could slow down the wear of friction pairs and im- prove the performance of the marine diesel enging without any bad effect on lubricating oil viscosity. The ceramic- based auto-restoration material will have a good application prospect in marine diesel engine.
