摘  要:莱钢宽厚板坯连铸机是银山型钢的重要生产线,负责宽厚板厂的板坯供应,而其电气基础自动化控制系统是保证连铸机生产的关键。在现阶段的生产过程中,由于生产工艺的不断完善,现行的自动控制方式以及软硬件已经远远不能满足实际的生产要求。本文提出的自动控制系统的优化,对自控系统的软硬件功能进行了适应性提升,提高了自控系统的稳定性和高效性。同时也增强了设备的可操作性,满足了连铸生产的实际需要。The slab continuous caster of Laiwu Steel is one of important production lines in Yinshan Section Steel Company,and is responsible for the slab supply for the heavy plate plant,and the electrical basic automation control system is the key to ensure the production of casters. At this stage of production process,due to the continuous improvement of production processes,the existing automatic control mode and the hardware and software have been far from meeting the actual production requirements. In this paper,during the optimization of automatic control system,the software and hardware functions of automatic control system have been improved,and the stability and efficiency of automatic control system were improved. The operability of equipments was enhanced at the same time,and the actual needs of continuous casting production were met well.
