摘　　要：通过分析影响轧钢工序轧辊消耗的主要因素孔型系统、轧辊材质、冷却水的使用,并对其进行优化改进,取得了降低辊耗,减轻劳动强度,提高生产作业率的良好效果。In this article,through analyzing the main factors influencing the roll consumption in steel rolling process,such as the groove system,the roll material and the use of cooling water,the corresponding optimization improvement was carried out,and then the roll consumption was reduced,the labor intensity was alleviated,and the operation efficiency was increased,the good effect was obtained.
