摘　　要：今年以来,钢铁市场持续低迷,面对严峻的市场形势,分公司炼铁厂紧紧围绕＂吨钢增效200元＂、＂产线对标提升＂等一系列活动的开展工作,积极运用精益管理方法查找问题。针对2^#1 080m^3高炉除尘浪费问题,采取措施进行1^#、2^#高炉矿槽除尘改造,月增效益36万元。Since this year,the steel market continues to slump,facing the severe market situation,in the ironmaking plant of Laiwu Branch Company,around a series of activities including ＂ benefit increasing by200 yuan per ton＂, ＂ promoting through production line benchmarking＂,the corresponding work was carried out,the lean management method was applied to find the problems. Aiming at the waste problem in the dedusting of 2^# blast furnace,the measures were actively taken to carry out the ore groove dedusting reconstruction of 1^# and 2^# blast furnace,the benefit per month could reach 360000 yuan.
