摘 要:基于煤层顶板岩层水平井分段压裂开发煤层气的技术设想,通过构建表征煤层顶板水平井压裂相似物理模型,开展了多组围岩条件下的大尺寸真三轴压裂物理模拟试验,研究顶板水平井裂缝的扩展特征,并着重对裂缝垂向扩展穿层进入煤层的可能性进行研究,试验结果显示置于煤层顶板岩石中的水平井,在布置合理的与煤层顶界的垂距和一定的施工排量条件下,裂缝均能向下穿层扩展沟通煤层,这为煤层顶板岩层水平井分段压裂开发煤层气技术的可行性提供了试验佐证,并对煤层顶板水平井层位的优选具有一定的指导意义。Based on the technical assumption of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing for horizontal well in coal seam roof strata applied in coalbed methane development, a similar physical model for characterizing fracturing horizontal well in coal seam roof strata is constructed. The propagation characteristics of fractures generated from horizontal wells in coal seam roof strata through the multiple experiments of the real three axle fracturing physical simulation under the condition of surrounding stress, and especially, the possibility of fractures that propagate into coal seam were researched in detail. The results shows that fractures initiated from horizontal wells in coal seam roof strata can grow towards and into coal seam under some conditions such as reasonable placement of horizontal well in coal seam roof strata and a certain pumping rate. The simulation experiment research provides a laboratory demonstration for practicability of the technology of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing and horizontal wells in roof strata of broken soft and low permeable coal seam, and provides guidance for the optimization of horizontal well placement in coal roof strata.
