摘 要:泥质岩体注浆加固过程中,由于浆液析水致使破碎泥质岩体发生膨胀、软化等流变现象,从而增加了巷道围岩变形破坏能力,提高了巷道维护难度。针对上述问题,基于泥质岩体水理化性质,通过实验研究不同水灰比水泥浆液析水规律,预选注浆加固所需浆液的合理水灰比;同时,通过制作破裂泥岩注浆胶结试件,并测定其不同龄期单轴抗压强度,进而研究浆液析水率对破碎泥岩弱化作用,最终选出最佳注浆水灰比。In the process of grouting reinforcement for argillaceous rock mass, the rheological phenomenon of broken argillaceous rock mass, such as inflation and soften, increases the instability ability of roadway surrounding rock and increases the difficulty of roadway maintenance because of the slurry bleeding. So, based on the water physical and chemical properties of argillaceous rock mass, through experiment study on bleeding laws of cement slurry under different water-cement ratios, the reasonable water-cement ratio of the slurry for the grouting is preselected. By making grouting and cementing specimens of cracked mudstones, the uniaxial compressive strength of different ages was determined and the weakening effect of the slurry bleeding ratio on the crushing mudstone was studied to select the best grouting cement ratio.
