摘 要:钻孔灌注桩在施工过程中产生大量的废弃泥浆,这些泥浆含水量高(>100%),流动性大,通常做法是异地废弃堆置,造成了环境污染和经济浪费。针对泥浆这种高含水率、就地处理难度大的特点,使用ALLU强力搅拌固化设备对其进行就地固化处理成为良好的路基填料,并对现场处理好的泥浆进行一系列的力学特性研究。Plenty of waste mud with high water content and high fluidity is produced during the process of the bored pile. Generally, this mud is dumped in remote places, causing environment pollution and economic cost. In this study, the mud was treated as a good filling by using ALLU stabilization system, which can overcome the treatment difficulty induced by its characteristic of high water content. The mechanical properties of the stabilized mud were studied and the properties of the pre and post stabilization mud were compared as well.
