摘  要:为了解决液压爬升模板在使用过程中碰到的难题,本文以深圳湾壹号T7核心筒液压爬模施工为背景,研究施工中遇到的连续非标准层爬升、爬模机位预埋件合理布置、核心筒墙体收缩以及伸臂桁架层架体爬升等问题,通过优化爬升工艺和合理的设置临时连梁等措施,在保证施工安全及质量的同时,实现了降本提效。In order to solve the problems encountered during the working of hydraulic climbing formwork, taking hydraulic climbing formwork construction in T7 core tube in the Shenzhen Bay No. 1 as background, authors study some problems encountered in the construction of climbing such as continuous layer of non-standard, climb-bit embedded parts molding machine reasonable layout, core tube truss outriggers and systolic wall. By optimizing the process and set reasonable climb even beams and other temporary measures, construction safety and quality are ensured and cost reduction and efficiency are achieved.
