摘 要:通过切除钢梁下翼缘部分面积来模拟钢梁的损伤,再利用CFRP布粘贴钢梁受拉翼缘进行加固修复的研究。共进行了6根CFRP布加固腐蚀钢梁的试验,利用在钢梁下翼缘粘贴CFRP布或预应力CFRP布等来加固钢梁,翼缘切除率分别为0%,50%和100%的试件。试验结果表明,荷载-变形曲线具有两直线特征:第1阶段为钢梁下翼缘屈服前,荷载-变形曲线呈线性关系;第2阶段钢梁下翼缘屈服后,荷载-变形曲线出现转折点,斜率下降。在试验基础上,建立了预应力CFRP布加固腐蚀钢梁变形计算公式,理论计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。The investigation presented focused on the behavior of steel beams damaged intentionally at their tension flange to simulate corrosion and then repaired with carbon fiber-reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheets attached to their tension areas side. Damage to the beams was induced by removing part of the bottom flange. A total of six steel beams were prepared and tested. CFRP sheet and prestressing CFRP sheet were used to repair the specimen with 0% , 50% , and 100% loss of the cross-sectional area of their tension flange. The test results showed the load-deformation curve has two linear features. The first stage of the load-deformation curve is linear before the flange is yield. The second phase after the steel beam flange yield, the load-deformation curve appears a turning point and the slope declines. The deformation formula is created based on the experimental results for prestressed CFRP sheets strengthen steel beams, and the calculated results agree well with the experimental results.
