摘　　要：20世纪70年代以来,欧洲福利国家纷纷对年金体系进行了程度不等的改革。不同于大多数国家的参数改革,瑞典的公共年金体系在20世纪90年代经历了重大的结构性变革。本文着重介绍瑞典公共年金制度的结构性变化,同时考察其中的参数因素,主要内容分为三个方面:第一,分析造成这场结构性改革的经济环境、人口因素和政治格局变化;第二,对比公共年金制度改革前后的结构和参数变化;第三,讨论改革的结果和公众对改革的争议。The European welfare states have been conducting pension reforms since the 1970 s. But the Swedish public pension reform is different from the parametric reforms in most of the European countries in that it has experienced significant structural changes. This article will focus on the structural reforms in Sweden and some of the parameters within it. First,it analyzes the economic environment,demographic changes and the changing political landscape that led to the structural reforms. Secondly,it compares the structural and parametric changes within the public pension system before and after the reforms. Thirdly,the outcomes of and public debates on the reform will be discussed.
