煤矿采掘作业人员感知的影响因素分析

摘　　要：为研究影响煤矿采掘作业人员感知的主要因素,以煤矿操作规程为依据,在构建煤矿采掘作业人员感知的贝叶斯网络因果图基础上,将层次分析法、语义数字概率估计法及三角模糊法相结合确定节点的条件概率分布,进而建立作业人员感知的贝叶斯网络模型.通过推理分析,得到煤矿作业人员感知的主要影响因素.结果表明:培训是影响感知的最主要的组织因素,个人素质和经验及注意力是影响感知的最主要个人因素,设备可靠性是影响感知的最主要环境因素.个人因素对感知的影响最大,其次是环境因素.To investigate the main factors influencing the perception of coal mining operator,the Bayesian network causality diagram of the perception was established based on the coal mining operation procedures.Furthermore,the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,verbal-numerical probability method and triangle fuzzy were combined to determine the parameters of the Bayesian network,and the Bayesian network of the perception of coal mining operator was established.Finally,based on the inferring analysis of the model,the main influencing factors of perception about the coal mine operator were obtained.The results show that training is the main organizational factors;personal qualities,experience and attention are the main factors influencing the perception of personal factors;the device reliability is the biggest of the environmental factors.Personal factors impact on the perception most,then followed by environmental factors.
