摘　　要：空间的治理转向和治理的空间转向,是当代"空间治理"概念的两个理论渊源,在梳理基础上进行反思,并借鉴行政区划概念和政策框架,提出"区划治理"是完善"空间治理"并走向实践的政策性路径。进一步从空间类型和区划机制两个维度对"区划治理"的实践案例进行分类,提出政策框架并对其应用方向作了初步阐述。This article through the analysis of space steering governance and governance of the space to construct a ＂ spatial governance＂ concept, the construction process is also a process of reflection, found from the administrative concept and policy framework of ＂ regionalization management＂ is the concept of ＂ spatial governance＂ concept to practice and perfect policy path. In this paper, the author classifies the practical cases of ＂regional governance＂ from two dimensions of spatial type and division mechanism, and puts forward the policy framework, and makes a preliminary analysis of its application.
