长江中游城市群城市职能结构特征研究

摘　　要：长江中游城市群作为新兴城市群,城市间缺乏密切的职能分工协作,城市功能定位不明确,尚未形成完善的功能网络,亟需对其城市职能结构特征展开深入的研究,以促进城市群经济一体化发展,优化城市群空间格局。本研究先分析长江中游城市群的基本职能特征,然后用区位商测度结果结合实际情况来对各个城市进行职能定位,最后采用职能分类方法来分析其城市职能体系结构。研究结果表明:制造业职能与全国相比,只有湖北省部分城市存在优势,其中宜昌较为突出;生产性服务业职能在全国处于劣势,只有武汉和长沙超过平均水平;生活性服务业职能在全国层面上优势明显,而中心城市职能有待提升;长江中游城市群的城市职能结构可分为五个层级:武汉属于地区综合性巨型城市,长沙和南昌属于地区综合性特大城市,宜昌、襄阳、孝感、衡阳属于综合性或专业化大城市,岳阳、常德、株洲、上饶、九江、黄冈、荆州属于综合性或专业化中等城市,其余14个城市为中小城市。As an emerging urban agglomeration, there is a lack of close division and cooperation of urban functions among cities in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, so that a perfect functional network has not formed with unclear urban function position of each city. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a deep research into the urban functional structure of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, to promote the development of economic integration and optimize the spatial pattern of this urban agglomeration. This study analyzes the basic urban functional characteristics of this urban agglomeration, positions urban function of each city based on measurements of location quotient and actual conditions, and then determines its structure of urban functional system with function classification method. The results are shown as followings： First, compared with the national average level, only some cities of Hubei Province have predominance in terms of the manufacturing function, especially Yichang; Second, the producer service function of this region holds an unfavorable position nationwide, except for Wuhan and Changsha; Third, the life service function of this region has obvious advantage over other regions, but this function of its central cities needs to be improved; Finally, the urban functional structure of this region consists of 5 grades： Wuhan is a regional comprehensive super city, Changsha and Nanchang are regional comprehensive megacities, comprehensive or specialized big cities include Yichang, Xiangyang, Xiaogan and Hengyang, comprehensive or specialized middle-sized cities compose of Yueyang, Changde, Zhuzhou, Shangrao, Jiujiang, Huanggang and Jingzhou, and the rest are small-medium cities.
