摘  要:中国是蔬菜生产和消费大国,蔬菜作为重要生活必需品之一,其价格波动将影响居民的生活水平。究其原因,蔬菜流通环节过多、各环节成本增加以及菜农议价能力和抗风险能力低是导致蔬菜产销价差扩大的主要原因。提出关于减少蔬菜流通环节、提高流通效率的发展思路,有效保障菜农和消费者的权益。China is one of the leading countries for vegetable production and consumption in the world. As an important daily necessity, the wave of vegetable price would influence people's living standard. Many reasons lead to the enlarging price gap between production and sales, including complex circulation chain, increasing costs in all links, low farmers' bargain power and the ability to undertake risks. In order to effectively protect the interests of farmers and consumers, it is necessary to make proposals about simplifying the circulation chain and enhancing the circulation efficiency.
