摘　　要：近年来,国家提出了开展"粮改饲"试点,通过调整种植结构,调减饲料玉米种植、增加青贮玉米等饲草种植,从而增加优质饲草供给,推进草食畜牧业发展,促进农民增收。"粮改饲"试点是一项系统而复杂的工程,对中国农业种植结构、饲草料供给、草食畜牧业发展、农民增收等方面都会产生深远的影响。开展"粮改饲"试点,要着重处理好种粮与种草、牧草种加销、种草与养畜等相互关系,要合理宣传引导,让农民充分认识"粮改饲"的意义和作用。In recent years, the state has put forward the pilot of ＂changing grain to forage＂. By adjusting the planting structure, reducing the feed maize and increasing the planting of silage maize and other forage grass, the supply of high-quality forage grass will be well enriched, the development of herbivorous animal husbandry will be well promoted, and farmers＇ income will be well increased. The pilot of ＂changing grain to forage＂ is a systematic and complex project which will have a profound impact on the agricultural planting structure, fodder supply, herbivorous animal husbandry development, and the increase of farmers＇ income. The authors put forward that for carrying out the pilot of ＂changing grain to forage＂, it was important to deal with the relationship between planting grain and planting grass, planting, processing and selling of forage, planting grass and raising livestock, and to let the farmers fully understand the meaning and role of ＂changing grain to forage＂ by disseminating reasonably and guiding.
