北京温泉旅游开发的策略选择——以北京御林汤泉度假村为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着经济的发展,居民生活水平得到提高,居民消费观念和消费结构发生变化,作为休闲生活方式之一的温泉旅游快速发展。北京温泉资源丰富、文化内涵深厚、社会生产力发展综合水平较高,从事温泉旅游开发的优势明显。北京御林汤泉度假村"温泉+农庄"的温泉旅游开发模式有一定创新、借鉴意义,基于相关调研,对北京御林汤泉度假村发展温泉旅游优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行了分析,并提出了促进北京温泉旅游开发的相关策略。In recent years, with the development of economy, the living standard of residents has been improved, the consumption idea and consumption structure of residents have changed, and hot spring tourism of being one of the leisure lifestyle has developed rapidly. In Beijing, the hot springs are aboundant in resources, the cultural deposits are rich, and level of comprehensive development of productive forces is high,and the advantages of hot spring tourism development are obvious. The development mode of hot spring tourism in Beijing Yulin hot spring holiday village, ＂Hot spring ＋ farm＂, has some innovation and reference significance. Based on the related research, the authors analyzed advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of hot spring tourism in Beijing Yulin hot spring holiday village, and put forward relevant strategies for promoting the development of hot spring tourism in Beijing.
