摘　　要：随着医学的发展,以"精准医疗"和"预防医疗"为代表的未来医学发展进程中,病理报告质量的地位越来越重要。公立医院成立病理学部能最大化地实现资源的优化配置,提高服务的质量和效率。本文主要介绍在病理学部成立之后,如何建立病理学部的绩效奖金方案,发挥员工工作的积极性和主动性,促进病理学部更好、更专业化地服务病人。With the development of medicine, ＂precision medicine＂ and ＂preventive medicine＂ represented the future of the medical development. The quality of pathological report is getting more and more important. The pathology department established by public hospitals can realize the optimal allocation of resources to the full extent, leading to higher service quality and efficiency. This paper mainly introduced how to establish the performance bonus scheme in pathology department after the establishment of pathology department. This scheme aimed to motivate staff and promote the pathology department, and then to serve patients better.
