摘 要:浙江省2015年进行了卫生高级专业技术职务评聘改革,作为县级基层医院,如何正确理解改革精神,探索评聘合一机制,结合医院实际情况推进卫生专业技术职务评聘改革,对医院人才队伍建设具有重要意义。通过合理使用岗位、科学设置评聘标准、公平进行量化竞聘,公开公平公正地进行高级专业技术职务评聘工作,调动广大卫技人员积极性,从而提高医疗服务质量,保障医院可持续发展。In 2015, Zhejiang Province carried out the reform of evaluation and employment system of senior health professional and technical personnel. For the primary hospitals at county level, it was important for the hospitals to understand the spirit of reform thoroughly, and to explore a unified system of evaluation and employment, carrying out the reform of evaluation and employment system of health professional and technical personnel, which was significant for talents building of the hospitals. The hospitals should carry out evaluation and employment of senior professional and technical personnel openly, fairly and justly, adopting rational position distribution, scientific evaluation and employment standard, and fair and open employment. So that the motivation of health professional and technical personnel can be increased, thus the quality of medical service gets improved and the hospital achieve sustainable development.
