摘　　要：研究N-甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钾盐生产新工艺,将一甲胺溶液与二硫化碳反应得到N-甲基二硫代胺基甲酸,然后再滴加氢氧化钾溶液,最后得到N-甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钾盐水溶液。本发明对传统文献报道进行了改造,使反应在一釜内进行,可以明显提高生产效率,技术较原始工艺条件有助于提高产品含量和品质,通过调整工艺水量可生产52%水溶液,该产品在施药过程中无形中施加了钾肥,对土壤环境影响较小。该工艺收率高、操作简便、产品纯度高,适合工业化生产。To study the production of N-methyl dithiocarbamate potassium salt a new process,the monomethylamine solution and carbon disulfide reaction N-methyl dithiocarbamic acid,and then dropping potassium hydroxide solution,and finally get N-a Carbonyl dithiocarbamate aqueous solution.The invention has been modified in the traditional literature so that the reaction can be carried out in a kettle,and the production efficiency can be improved obviously.The technology can improve the product content and quality by the original process conditions,and the 52% aqueous solution can be produced by adjusting the technological water In the process of spraying the application of potash fertilizer,the impact on the soil environment is small.The process of high yield,easy operation,high purity products,suitable for industrial production.
