双防水双排水双保温技术在唐山某小区空中菜园的应用

摘　　要：某种植屋面采用专用种植箱设计为空中菜园,采用了双防水双排水双保温系统,底层防水层为1.5 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+1.5 mm厚双面自粘强力交叉膜防水卷材,上层防水层为2.0 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+4.0mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材;下层保温层为75 mm厚挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板,上层保温层采用泡沫混凝土。文章介绍了各层次的选材和施工工艺。A planted roof is designed as vegetable garden using special planted box and adopted double-waterproofing, double-drainage and double-insulation system. 1.5 mm thick non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating and 1.5 mm thick double-side self-adhesive waterproofing membrane with strong cross-membrane are used as bottom waterproofing layer; 2.0 mm thick non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating and 4.0 mm thick SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane are used as upper waterproofing layer. Bottom insulation layer is 75 mm thick EPS and upper insulation layer is foam concrete. This article introduced material selection and construction process of the system.
