双特异性磷酸酶6在卵巢浆液性上皮肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨双特异性磷酸酶6(DUSP6)在卵巢浆液性上皮肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法研究DUSP6在不同卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织标本中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果 DUSP6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达水平明显低于卵巢良性及交界性浆液性肿瘤(均P<0.001)。DUSP6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达CA125≤900 U/mL组低于CA125>900 U/mL组(P<0.05);DUSP6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达腹水≤500 mL组低于腹水>500 mL组(P<0.05)。结论 DUSP6表达与卵巢浆液性癌的发生相关,并且可能参与了卵巢浆液性癌的盆腹腔转移过程,可能成为卵巢浆液性癌早期诊断及阻断盆腹腔转移的新的分子标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of dual-specificity phosphatase 6 （ DUSP6 ） in ovarian epithelial serous tumors and the relationship between DUSP6 expression and the clinicopathological parameters of ovarian serous cystoadenocareinoma. Methods The expression of DUSP6 was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Relationships between the expression of DUSP6 and the clinico- pathological parameters of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma were also analyzed. Results DUSP6 expression was lower in patients with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma group with serum CA125 levels of less than or equal to 900 U/mL than in patients with serum CA125 levels of greater than 900 U/mL （ P 〈 0.05） and in patients whose ascites volume was less than or equal to 500 mL than in patients whose ascites volume was greater than 500 mL （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion DUSP6 is related to the occurrence of ovarian serous carcinoma and is potentially related to the peritoneal metastasis of ovarian serous carcinoma. DUSP6 may be a new molecule for the early diagnosis and therapy of ovarian serous carcinoma and peritoneal metastasis.
