摘  要:对CAN数据总线系统应用于某品牌商用汽车发动机电控和数据传输的节能减排特性进行了试验研究,结果表明,装配CAN数据总线的车辆比未装配CAN数据总线的传统车辆车身总体减重300 kg,实现发动机实时工况控制节油7%,尾气减排5%,车身减重节油10%以上,多工况循环标准状态下燃料消耗量为7.26 L/100 km.综合节能效果显著.该研究为汽车节能技术发展提供一定的参考.The CAN data bussing technique is described and applied to engine control of certain commercial vehicle. Its structure and the principle of data transmission are analyzed in detail. Research on CAN data bus system is carried out in energy saving and emission reduction of automobiles. The results show that the weight of vehicle with CAN data bussing is reduced by 300 kg than that of vehicle without CAN data bussing, the fuel economy of the engine under real-time controlling is 7%, its emission reduction is 5%, the fuel economy by the vehicle weight reduction is more than 10%, the fuel consumption of multi-control cycles reaches to 7.26 L/100 km under standard state. Comprehensive energy saving effect is remarkable. This paper provides some references for the development of automobile energy saving technology.
