渭河宝鸡市区段洪水灾害风险预测研究——以下马营渭河生态园为例

摘  要:选取宝鸡市区段下马营渭河生态园河段W1—W4处实测点,利用三维扫描仪、测深仪、激光测距仪和GPS对河道横断面精确测量,并结合相关气象数据进行分析.结果表明,宝鸡市区段下马营渭河生态公园河段受区域降水、河段上下游河道宽窄变化、最大过水流量和现状河床条件的影响,导致局部河段发生洪水灾害;在河流泥沙淤积作用下,受河道泄洪能力影响,W3处不能承受100年一遇洪水,可能引发洪水灾害;渭河生态公园建设中对河漫滩地绿地改造不影响蟠龙大桥的过洪能力;洪水灾害已经开始威胁城市安全,为确保宝鸡城市安全,对渭河宝鸡市区段洪水灾害风险预测研究已经势在必行.We select the W1-W4 measured points of Weihe River ecological garden of Xiamaying in Baoji urban, and use the spatial digitizer, depth meter, laser rangefinder and GPS to accurate measure of river channel transverse section which combined with the related meteorological date. The results show that Weihe River ecological garden of Xiamaying in Baoji' s urban main influential factors are regional precipitation, river upstream and downstream channel width change which greater than the effect of water flow and bed condition. These factors lead to flood disasters in local river. Under the influence of river sediment deposition, W3 place can' t bear a flood in 100a affect by the river discharge capacity, which causes the flood disaster. The Weihe River of flood land in the construction of ecological garden green space transformation does not affect the Panlong bridge of flood control ability. Flooding is threatened the city security, and it is imperative that Weihe River section of flood disaster risk prediction research to ensure the safety of the Baoji urban.
