摘  要:为改善三相三电平功率因数校正PFC(power factor correction)变换器在并列运行方面的不足,提出了基于状态空间平均思想的AC侧并列运行整体数学模型。揭示了并列运行时设备间循环电流的路径及作用机理,对并列运行系统DC侧电压平衡与循环电流控制过程的相互关系、影响因子及控制原理进行了系统研究。提出了基于直轴、交轴、零轴的3轴控制回路,并利用空间矢量调制技术进行仿真。其结果表明,该方案能够有效地实现DC侧电压平衡和抑制循环电流,提升了系统的整体性能,并验证了设备并列运行时固有的电压平衡与循环电流抑制间的近似一次线性关系。In order to improve the performance of three-phase three-level power factor correction (PFC) converter under parallel operation, an overall mathematical model based on state space averaging method is proposed considering the parallel operation on AC side. The path and generation mechanism of circulating currents between equipments under parallel operation are revealed, and the relationship between the balance control of DC side voltage and circulating current, the corresponding impact factors and the control principle are studied systematically. A three-axis (i.e., direct, cross and zero axes) control loop is proposed, and space vector modulation technique is used to conduct simulations. Results show that the proposed method can achieve a balance of DC side voltage and suppress the circulation currents, which improve the system performance as a whole. Moreover, it is verified that there exists an approximately linear relationship between the control of voltage balance and the suppression of circulating currents when the equipments are under parallel operation.
