摘 要:双馈式风电场与常规电站混合输电是未来大规模风电开发输送的主要模式,但这种输电模式整体稳定性可能较差。首先分析了常规电站与风电场混合输电模式下的低频振荡;然后分析了风电场阻尼常规电站低频振荡的可行性,提出了附加阻尼控制技术并制作了实验样机;最后通过实时数字仿真仪进行系统实时仿真建模(包括双馈发电机系统模型、同步发电机系统模型以及"风火打捆"系统模型),并与实验样机进行联调。联调实验结果表明,基于所提控制策略的实验样机可挖掘风电机群自身暂态有功调节能力以贡献电网阻尼,既能够增强电网阻尼,又能有效抑制电网出现低频振荡。The hybrid power transmission of doubly-fed induction generators (DFIGs) based wind farms and conventional power stations is one of the main modes adopted by the development and transmission of large-scale wind power in the future. However, the overall stability of this transmission mode is possibly poor. In this paper, the low frequency oscillation in the hybrid transmission mode of conventional power stations and wind farms was analyzed firstly. Secondly, the feasibility of using wind farms to damp the low frequency oscillation of conventional power stations was analyzed, and an additional damping control strategy was proposed together with the fabrication of a prototype. Finally, real-time simulation models including a DFIG model, a synchronous generator model and a "Wind fire binding" model were established by using a real-time digital simulator (RTDS), and they were further tested in coordination with the prototype. Experimental results illustrated that based on the proposed control strategy, the prototype can exert the transient active power adjusting ability from the wind generators themselves to contribute damping for the grid; it can both improve damping and restrain the low frequency oscillation of power grid effectively.
