摘　　要：POEMS综合征是与浆细胞病有关的多系统病变，其五大主征为：多发性周围神经病变（P）、脏器肿大（0）、内分泌病变（E）、单克隆性浆细胞疾病（M）和皮肤改变（S）。该病起病隐匿，病因、发病机制尚不清楚，累及器官广泛；其发病率低，误诊率和致残率高，目前在诊断上仍存在多种争议。本文就近年来POEMS综合征诊断进展作一综述。POEMS syndrome is a kind of plasma cell disorder with muhi-system involved, whose character includes polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal plasma cell disorder, as well as skin changes. Its pathogenesis is not clear, with low incidence, high misdiagnosis rate and high disability rate. There are still a variety of dispute on its diagnosis. Here this article reviewed the diagnostic progress of POEMS syndrome recent years.
