摘 要:通过溶媒法以天丝纤维为原材料经过醚化制备羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,以反应时间的不同对其回潮率、电导率、力学性能、电镜、红外光谱等性能的影响进行探讨。研究表明:随着反应时间的增加,碱处理的羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的力学性能和回潮率性能都是先增大后减小,电导率值在反应时间为60min时达到最大值。当反应时间为60min时,纤维素钠纤维能够达到所需性能要求。该纤维有望在纺织材料、印染工业等领域有广阔的应用前景。The sodium carboxymethyl cellulose fiber was prepared by the solvent with the etherified tencel fiber which were used as the raw material in this thesis. The moisture, electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy were discussed with the different reaction time. The experimental result showed that the mechanical properties and the moisture of the alkali treatment of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose fiber were first increased and then decreased, the conductivity values reaches a maximum valuein in reaction time for 60min with the increase of the reaction time. When the reaction time is 60min, the cellulose sodium fiber can achieve the desired performance requirements. The fiber is expected to have a good application prospects in textile materials, printing and dyeing industry and other areas.
