摘　　要：五四开辟的文学方向对于汪曾祺的整个创作生涯都有潜在的制导作用:平民主义引导他把视野投向下层民众,人道主义造就了他深广的悲悯意识,个人主义使得他对人的自然欲望持理解态度,国民性的关注赋予他怀疑与反思的眼光,而主观性与客观性的交融的时代叙事风尚则左右了他终生的写作趣味。The literary direction given by the May Fourth Movement has a potential guiding effect on WANG Zeng-qi＇s entire creative career： Populism has led him to set his sights on the lower-class. Humanism has created his deep sense of compassion. The individualism perspective inspired him to understand and recognize the natural desires of man. The reflection of national character taught him to look at human nature with suspicion. The time writing style of communication between subjectivity and objective defines his lifelong narrative style.
