摘　　要：目的了解胰腺外分泌在糖尿病胃肠神经功能紊乱中的参与作用。方法选择存在胃肠神经功能紊乱的糖尿病患者,在存在消化功能不良的患者中加用胰酶。结果在得到胰酶参与化学消化后,胃肠神经功能紊乱现象明显改善。结论糖尿病胃肠神经功能紊乱由胰腺内分泌异常最终导致,但部分患者存在外分泌不足因素,需结合所缺少的酶给予相应补充才能提高疗效。Objective To investigate the pancreatic exocrine involvement in diabetic gastrointestinal and neurological disorders.Methods Choose the existence of gastrointestinal and neurological disorders in diabetic patients,in the presence of trypsin digestion of dysfunction in patients.Results After trypsin are involved in chemical digestion,gastrointestinal and neurological disorder significantly improved.Conclusion Diabetic gastrointestinal and neurological disorders by pancreatic endocrine abnormalities eventually lead,but some patients exist exocrine insufficiency,the missing enzyme combined to give the corresponding supplement to improve the effect of.
