摘　　要：目的研究分析甲状腺癌手术的护理配合要点。方法选择在我院接受手术治疗的43例甲状腺癌患者作为此次探究分析的对象,并将其随机分为对照组与研究组。其中,对照组有21例,研究组有22例,分别采用常规护理干预、优质护理干预,比较分析两组对护理服务的满意度。结果对照组的总满意度为66.67%,研究组的总满意度为95.45%,两组比较,对照组的总满意度明显比研究组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予接受手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者应用优质护理,可提高患者的总满意度,值得推广。Objective To study the key points of nursing cooperation in the operation of thyroid cancer. Methods 43 cases of thyroid cancer treated by surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into the control group and the research group. Among them, there were 21 cases in the control group, 22 cases in the study group, respectively, using conventional nursing intervention, quality nursing intervention, the comparative analysis of the two groups on the satisfaction of nursing services. Results The overall satisfaction of the control group was 66.67%, the total satisfaction of the study group was 95.45%, two groups, the control group was significantly lower than the study group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of quality care for patients with thyroid cancer treated with surgery can improve the total satisfaction of patients, it is worth promoting.
