2015年～2016年某院住院患者辅助用药使用情况的分析

摘　　要：目的分析我院2015年~2016年辅助用药临床应用情况,为促进辅助类药物合理使用和加强对其监管提供参考。方法收集我院2015年~2016年辅助用药使用金额及占总药品费用比、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、处方点评结果等用药资料,通过Excel2016进行回顾性统计分析。结果药占比下降的同时,辅助用药占总药品费用比例也明显下降。在销售金额排名前10位的辅助用药中,泮托拉唑和磷酸肌酸两种规格药品均入榜单,营养脑神经类药物用药金额最大。不合理用药主要表现为超适应证用药、剂量不足、用法不适宜、疗程较短。结论我院辅助用药使用得到了有效遏制,但是仍存在不合理用药情况,临床需加强对辅助用药的管控,进一步促进临床用药的安全性、经济性和有效性。Objective To investigate the application of adjuvant drugs in the hospital during 2015-2016, and to provide reference for clinical rational use of adjuvant drugs. Methods The data of adjuvant drugs use were collected from our hospital between 2015-2016, and then analyzed statistically by Excel 2016 statistical software in respects of consumption sum, adjuvant drug proportion in the total drug consumption, defined daily dose system（DDDs）, and daily drug cost（DDC）. Results The drug proportion had declined, and the proportion of adjuvant drugs expense to the total drug consumption decreased as well. In the top 10 of the adjuvant drugs consumption amounts, two types of Pantoprazole Sodium and Creatine phosphate sodium took up the first places. And Brain nutrition drugs are the most expensive. The Irrational drug use mainly manifested as off-lable using, inadequate dosage and so on. Conclusions The adjuvant drugs management obtained significant achivement in our hospital. There are irrational drug use nevertheless. In order to promote the safe, effective and economical use of adjuvant treatment drugs, the hospital should enhance the supervision and management of utilization of adjuvant treatment drugs.
