优质护理在重症病房中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的观察优质护理在重症病房中的应用效果。方法选取自2013年6月至2015年6月海阳市人民医院重症病房收治的患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用普通护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用优质护理干预,应用SF-36生存质量量表观察患者生存质量和护理纠纷发生率。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以明显提高患者生存质量,降低护理纠纷发生率。Objective To observe the application effect of high quality nursing in the intensive care unit. Methods 60 cases from the people＇s Hospital of Haiyang city from June 2013 to June 2015 admitted to ICU patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method, 30 cases in the control group, the normal nursing methods, experimental group of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of the quality of nursing intervention, the living quality application of SF-36 patients survival the quality and the incidence of nursing disputes. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
