摘 要:地铁站超大基坑的施工对繁华商业区的影响极为敏感,因此,明确影响超大基坑施做关键步骤,控制超大基坑施做关键步骤是整个超大基坑施工成败的关键因素。依托深圳地铁7号线的华强北站超大基坑工程,基于FLAC3D有限差分数值模拟软件,对华强北站超大基坑全过程开挖中的基坑及基坑周边建筑物的施工力学特性进行了分析,通过对比基坑侧向位移及周边建筑物的不均匀沉降,探明了超大基坑施做过程中的关键步骤,并提出关键施工步序具体控制措施。The construction of super large foundation pit for subway station is very sensitive to the influence of downtown business district. Therefore, finding out and control the factors influencing the key excavation steps thereof is crucial. Taking the super large foundation pit in Huaqiang North Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 7, the mechanical properties of the pit and the adjacent buildings in the excavation were analyzed with FLAC3D finite difference numerical simulation software and, by comparison with the lateral displacement of the pit and the uneven settlement of the adjacent buildings, the key sequence of super large foundation pit construction was verified and the specific control measures for this sequence were proposed.
