摘  要:目的观察益智仁-乌药醚提取物对肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠的血环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)和醛固酮(ALD)水平的影响。方法应用腺嘌呤(250 mg/kg)造模,给予大鼠灌胃4 w,分别给予阳性对照药厄贝沙坦、益智仁-乌药醚提取物治疗4 w,观察益智仁-乌药醚提取物对大鼠c AMP和ALD的影响。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血浆c AMP含量显著升高(P<0.01),血清ALD含量明显降低(P<0.01);益智仁-乌药醚提取物高剂量组血浆c AMP含量较模型组明显升高(P<0.05),血清ALD含量较模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论益智仁-乌药醚提取物能够提高肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠血浆c AMP和血清ALD水平。Objective To observe the influence of ether extract of the Yizhiren-Wuyao on the levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate( c AMP),aldosterone( ALD) in polyuria model of Yang-deficiency rats. Methods The model rats were induced by given adenine( 250 mg/kg). After irrigation for 4 w,the levels of c AMP and ALD in the four groups were measured. Results Compared with those of normal control group,the c AMP level was significantly elevated,the ALD level was significantly decreased in model group( P〈0. 01); the levels of c AMP and ALD in Yizhiren-Wuyao high-dose group were significantly higher compared with those of model group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Extract of the Yizhiren-Wuyao could increase plasma c AMP and ALD levels in polyuria model of yang-deficiency rats.
