摘 要:烧结立式冷却机凭借其漏风率低、冷却风量少、炉顶废气温度高、余热回收效率高等优势被业内广泛关注。烧结立式冷却机的风流均匀性,对其冷却效果至关重要。本文对配套115 m^2烧结机的立式冷却机采用EDEM对布料过程进行了模拟计算,得到了罐体内烧结矿的孔隙率分布。在此基础上,以多孔介质模型模拟固相,以κ-ε模型模拟气相,分析不同中心风和边环风供风比例对罐内流场的影响,得出中心风与边环风的合适比例为8∶2,为工程应用提供了指导依据。Sintering vertical cooler was extensive concerned in the industry with its advantages of low air leakage rate, low cooling air volume, high exhaust gas temperature and high efficiency of waste heat recovery. The airflow uniformity of the vertical cooler is very important to its cooling effect. In this paper, the distributing process of an auxiliary vertical cooler of 115 m^2 sintering machine has simulated with EDEM, through the simulation, the porosity distribution of sinter in the tank is obtained. On this basis, the solid phase is simulated with a porous media model, the gas phase is simulated with the K -ε model, the influence of different ratio of central wind and side ring wind on the flow field in the tank is analyzed, obained the appropriate proportion of center wind and side wind ring is 8: 2, that provide the guide for engineering application.
