摘 要:酒钢酸性炉料短缺,酸、碱炉料不平衡问题成为高炉炼铁降本的制约因素之一。酒钢烧结主料(综合精矿简称综精)因含有50%的磁化焙烧磁选精矿和氧化镁含量高导致其制粒与烧结焙烧性能差。本文采用常规烧结和复合造块工艺开展了酒钢自产劣质铁精矿制备中低碱度炉料的可行性及其造块产品的性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,采用复合造块法可以利用自产劣质原料解决酒钢高炉酸性炉料不足的问题,成功制备出机械和冶金性能俱佳的碱度为1.5的炉料。相比于高碱度1.8的常规烧结,碱度为1.5的复合造块产品成品率提高16.7%,转鼓强度提高17.1%,造块固体燃耗下降18.4%。复合造块产品的冶金性能良好,还原粉化率和还原度分别高达95.2%、80.53%。Because of the shortage of acid BF burden, the imbalance of acid and alkaline burden become one of the restrictive factors of BF ironmaking cost reduction in JISCO. Due to the main sintering ingredient (mixed concentrates ) containing 50% magnetization roasting magnetic concentrate and high MgO content, the granulation and sintering roasting performances are poor. In current work, the feasibility study of low - medium basicity BF burden preparation was carried out from the inferior and self - produced iron ore concentrates by traditional sintering process (TSP) and composite agglomeration process (CAP), and the properties of the as - prepared products were also investigated. The results show that, the shortsage problem of acid BF burden in JISCO can be successfully settled by CAP, and the CAP products with low and medium basicity of 1.5 have good performance in mechanical and metallurgical. Compared with the TSP with high basicity of 1.8, the yield and tumbler index of the CAP product with basicity of 1.5 were increased by 16.7% and 17. 1% respectively, and the solid fuel consumption was decreased by 18.4%. Moreover, the RDI and RI of the CAP products with basicity of 1.5 were as high as 95.2% and 80.53%, respecitively, indicating the good smelting performances of CAP product in BF.
