摘  要:通过对高铁低硅烧结成矿机理分析,发现改善固相反应条件,提高CaO的矿化度是提升产、质量的关键。湘钢360 m^2烧结机通过实施厚料层烧结、提高生石灰用量、降低漏风率等措施使烧结矿产、质量指标明显改善,转鼓强度提高了1.6%,利用系数提高0.15 t/(m^2·h),固体燃耗降低5.21kg/t。Through the analysis of the sintering mechanism of high iron and low silicon sintering, it is found that the key to improve the production quality is to improve the conditions of solid phase reaction and increase the degree of mineralization of CaO. Through deep - bed sintering, increasing the rate of lime, reducing the rate of air leakage and other measures to make the sinter yield and quality index were improved in Xiangtan Steel 360 m2 Sintering Machine, the drum strength is increased 1.6%, the utilization coefficient is improved 0.15 t/( m2 · h), solid fuel consumption is decreased 5.21 kg/t.
