摘 要:由于电子学噪声的存在,往往会影响核信号测量的精度。为了解决降低电路本底噪声这一难点,从减小模拟电路噪声、降低数字电路和电源干扰方面对低噪声波形数字化电路的设计进行了研究。研制和实现噪声水平为0.120 mV的低噪声波形数字化电路,利用该电路和高纯锗探测器搭建了能谱测量系统。对152EU放射源进行能谱测试,在778.9 keV处测得的能量分辨率为0.29%,结果优于高精度示波器HDO6104,达到了国外商用数字化仪的性能。Background: The accuracy of nuclear signal measurement is often affected by electronic noise. Purpose: This study aims to design a low noise circuit to enhance the accuracy of nuclear signal measurement and reduce circuit local noise. Methods: The design of waveform digital circuit for low noise is studied to reduce the noise of analog circuit and the interference between digital circuit and power supply. An energy spectrum measuring system that combine this waveform digital circuit with a high purity germanium detector was setup to test its performance on radiation energy spectrum. Results: A circuit with noise level of 0.120 mV is designed and implemented. The energy spectrum measurement achieved an energy resolution of 0.29% at 778.9 keV of 152Eu radiation source. This result shows that the low noise circuit performs as well as commercial digitizer abroad. Conclusion: This low noise waveform digital circuit is an important hardware basis for high-precision acquisition of nuclear signal information.
