糖维胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨糖维胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗２型糖尿病（Ｔ２ＤＭ）疗效及安全性。方法 将８０例 Ｔ２ＤＭ患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组（ｎ＝４０例）和观察组（ｎ＝４０例），对照组采用二甲双胍＋吡格列酮 治疗。观察组采用二甲双胍＋糖维胶囊３～５粒，３次／ｄ，治疗周期为３个月。检测并比较两组治疗前后血 糖、血脂、血液流变学指标的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组ＨｂＡ１ｃ［（６３２±１．４２）％比 （７．４３±１．６５）％］、ＦＰＧ［（５．６５±１．７６）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ比（６．４３±１．８６）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ］、２ｈＰＧ［（８．２３±１．６５）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ比 （９８４±１．９８）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ］、ＴＣ［（４．５１±１．０２）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ比（５．０４±１．１６）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ］、ＴＧ［（１．６７±０５４）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ比 （１．９８±０．６５）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ］及ＨＤＬＣ［（３．１２±０．７６）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ比（３．７６±０．９２）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ］改善程度均显著优于对照 组（ｔ＝３．８７６、４．９８１、５．４３６、３．８８７、３．９８５、３．９０１，均Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗后，观察组全血黏度［（４．１２±０．９８）ｍＰａ／ｓ比 （４．７１±０．９１）ｍＰａ／ｓ］、血浆黏度［（１．４６±０．３６）ｍＰａ／ｓ比（１７１±０４８）ｍＰａ／ｓ］及血小板黏附率［（４２．５３± ５４３）％比（４８．５４±５．７６）％］改善均优于对照组（ｔ＝３９９７、４．０１２、４．９７６，均Ｐ＜０．０５）。观察组发生低血糖 的比例显著低于对照组（０．０％比１２．５％）（χ２＝４．４３７，Ｐ＜０．０５）。结�Objective ToinvestigatetheefficacyandsafetyofTangWeicapsuleandmetforminhydrochloride tabletsinthetreatmentofT2DMpatients.Methods 80patientswithT2DM inourhospitalwererandomlydivided intocontrolgroup（40cases）andobservationgroup（40cases）accordingtothedigitaltable.Thecontrolgroupwas treatedwithmetforminhydrochloridetabletsandpioglitazonehydrochloridetablets.Theobservationgroupwastreated withmetforminhydrochloridetabletsandTangWeicapsules3-5tablets,3times/d,thetreatmentperiodwas 3months.Thechangesofbloodglucose,bloodlipid,bloodrheologyandadversereactionswereobservedandcompared betweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatment.Results Aftertreatment,theHbA1C[（6.32±1.42）% vs. （743±1.65）%],FPG[（5.65±1.76）mmol/Lvs.（6.43±1.86）mmol/L],2hPG[（8.23±1.65）mmol/L vs.（9.84±1.98）mmol/L],TC[（4.51±1.02） mmol/Lvs.（5.04±1.16） mmol/L],TG [（1.67± 0.54）mmol/Lvs.（1.98±0.65）mmol/L]andHDL-C[（3.12±0.76）mmol/Lvs.（3.76±0.92）mmol/L]in theobservationgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,thedifferenceswerestatistically significant（t=3.876,4.981,5.436,3.887,3.985,3.901,allP〈0.05）.Aftertreatment,thewholebloodviscosity [（4.12±0.98）mPa/svs.（4.71±0.91） mPa/s],plasmaviscosity[（1.46±0.36）mPa/svs.（1.71± 0.48）mPa·s]andplateletadhesionrate[（42.53±5.43）% vs.（48.54±5.76）%]oftheobservationgroup werebetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（t=3.997,4.012,4.976,P〈 0.05）.Theincidencerateofhypoglycemiaintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrol group（0.0% vs.12.5%）,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（χ2 =4.437,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Inthe treatmentofT2DM,TangWeicapsulenotonlyhasgoodcurativeeffect,andalsohasgoodsecurity.
