摘  要:在分析电站锅炉受热面积灰结渣危害和定时定量顺序吹灰方式不足的基础上,详细介绍了锅炉不同受热面积灰结渣的监测方法,包括炉膛水冷壁灰污监测中的炉膛出口烟气温度法、热流计法、水冷壁背火侧温差法及基于声学测温的炉膛局部污染监测方法,采用洁净因子的对流及半对流半辐射受热面灰污监测技术,以及回转式空气预热器受热面灰污监测技术。论述了智能算法在锅炉吹灰优化方面的应用现状及国外大型公司吹灰优化的产品及技术路线。On the basis of analyzing the harm of ash slagging in heating surface of power plant boilers and the shortages of time-based quantitative sequential soot blowing methods, the monitoring methods for ash deposition and slagging in heating surface of utility boilers were reviewed, such as the monitoring methods based on the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet, the heat flowmeter method, the temperature difference at back side of the water wall method, the monitoring method for furnace local pollution based on acoustic temperature measurement, the fouling monitoring technology for convection/semi-convective semi-radiative heating surface using clean factor, and the fouling monitoring technology for rotary air preheaters. Moreover, the deficiencies of researches on sootblowing optimization strategy and the current research hotspots were discussed, the application status of intelligent algorithm in boiler sootblowing optimization and the products and technical route of sootblowing optimization of large foreign companies were also summarized.
