摘 要:针对国内补偿器泄漏监测成型设备的空白,提出了一种基于多传感器直接和间接协同工作的热网补偿器泄漏预警监测新方法,并设计了热网补偿器泄漏预警监测系统。该系统利用温度、流量、压力和电导率传感器,结合智能处理器和4G无线通信网络技术,通过远程数据监测平台,判断热网补偿器实时运行参数的突变量、梯度与差动值的变化,有效识别出热网补偿器渗漏或泄漏的具体位置。模拟实验和实际工程应用结果表明,热网补偿器泄漏监测装置能够替代传统人工巡检方式,及时发现热网补偿器微小渗漏,对推动热网运行优化与热网改造具有重要意义,为热网稳定运行和信息化管理提供数据依据。The domestic molding devices for monitoring the heating network compensator leakage are almost blank. To solve this problem, a new method of early warning and monitoring for heating network compensator was proposed, based on multiple-sensor direct and indirect cooperative working. Moreover, the early warning monitoring system for heating network compensator leakage was designed, which applies the temperature, flow, pressure and conductivity sensors and employs the intelligent processor and 4G wireless sensor network technology. By using the remote data monitoring platform, the variations of break-variable, gradient and differential value of the real-time operating parameters are judged, thus the specific location of the leakage can be effectively identified. The simulation test and actual engineering application show that, the monitoring device for heating network compensator leakage can replace the conventional manual inspection methods and timely find out tiny leakage in the heating network compensator, which has an important meaning to promote the heating network optimization operation and reconstruction engineering. The research can provide data basis for stable operation and information management of heating network.
