摘 要:某电厂600 MW机组轴流引风机叶片断裂,为此对故障现场及机组运行历史数据进行了调查分析,对断裂叶片的材料进行了理化检验和断口分析,并对叶片的离心应力和振动特性进行了有限元分析。结果表明:叶片断裂与基体材料的质量无直接关系;叶片静强度和振动特性满足设计标准;叶片断裂的主要原因是叶片涂层质量不良或工艺不当,导致叶片表面在投运前存在微裂纹或运行中产生微裂纹,在离心应力和气流动应力作用下发生了高周疲劳断裂。The blade of axial induced draft fan in a 600 MW unit fractured. To find out the reasons, particular investigations on blade fracture failure site, operation files and history data of the axial induced draft fan were performed. The physical and chemical tests and fracture analysis for the blade were implemented. The centrifugal stress and the vibration characteristics of the blade were analyzed using the finite element method. The results show that, the physical and chemical performance of the blade material satisfied the requirement, the static strength and vibration characteristics of the blade met the design standard, the major reason for the blade fracture was poor quality or improper process of the coating, which made micro cracks exist on the blade surface before or during the unit operation, thus high cycle fatigue fracture occurred under the action of centrifugal stress and flow stress.
