综合干预防治肥胖儿童代谢综合征的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合干预防治肥胖儿童代谢综合征的效果。方法选择本院2015-01至2016-08收治的88例肥胖儿童,随机分为两组,综合干预组与对照组,各44例。对照组给予常规干预措施,综合干预组给予生活方式、药物、心理等综合干预措施,干预6个月后检测并比较两组体质指数、腰围、血脂、血压、血糖和胰岛素等相关指标。结果经过6个月的干预,两组体质指数、腰围、血脂、血压、血糖和胰岛素指标与本组干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合干预组干预后与对照组比较,上述指标均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论肥胖儿童中胰岛素抵抗和代谢异常的发生率较高,通过综合干预手段,可以使体质指数、血脂异常、胰岛素抵抗指数明显下降。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mel- litus and metabolic syndrome in obese children. Methods Eighty-eight obese children admitted to our hospital between January 2015 and August 2016 were selected as subjects. These children were divided into two groups by completely random number method： the comprehensive intervention group and the control group. The control group was subjected to routine interventions while the comprehen- sive intervention group was given comprehensive interventions. Interventions lasted 6 months in both groups. After 6 months of inter- vention, the body＇ s indicators of these children were compared between the two groups. Results After six months of intervention, the difference in body mass index, waist circumference, blood lipids, blood pressure, blood glucose, and insulin-related data （ P 〈 0.05 ） was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） in both groups, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The incidence of obesity among children with insulin resistance and metabolic abnormalities is relatively high, which deserves adequate attention. Effective means of intervention can reduce the risk of this disease.
