摘  要:噪声等效温差(NETD)和信噪比(SNR)是衡量红外成像系统性能的重要指标之一,它与探测器的多种性能参数有关。分析了激光辐照干扰红外探测系统及不同材料类型红外探测器性能参数变化。通过理论定量计算分析,比对YAG激光(波长1.06μm)干扰前后系统噪声等效温差、信噪比曲线,得到了激光损伤后的NETD比损伤前NETD大2至3个数量级,同时,激光干扰后的信噪比相对激光干扰前信噪比小2个多数量级,进一步推导出激光干扰对红外探测系统的影响。Noise equivalent temperature difference(NETD) and signal to noise ratio(SNR) are one of the important parameters to measure performance of infrared imaging system, which is related to various performance parameters of the detector. Performance parameters of different types of infrared detectors are analyzed after laser irradiation interfering infrared detection system. Through theoretical calculation and calculation, system NETD and SNR curve before and after YAG (wavelength 1.06μm) laser jamming are compared. NETD after laser damage is two to three orders of magnitude larger than that of pre-damage. At the same time, SNR after laser jamming is two orders of magnitude smaller than that before laser jamming. Influence of laser jamming on infrared detection system is derived.
