摘  要:针对产品质量受设备状态影响的情形,在多级产品质量体系框架下,研究持续劣化制造系统的生产维护联合决策问题。综合运用复合泊松过程和马尔科夫过程理论,建立企业平均毛利润最大化的生产维护联合决策模型,并给出求解方法。研究表明:对于影响产品质量的劣化设备,其劣化强度的微小增长会造成企业毛利润的巨大损失;生产经营者可以根据此模型得到合理的预防维护计划,有效遏制设备劣化,使产品的不合格率保持较低的水平,同时能以较高的服务水平满足剧烈波动的市场随机需求。According to the situation that product quality is affected by equipment condition,this paper studied a joint decision of production and maintenance for a continuous deterioration manufacturing system under multi-grade product quality frame.A joint production and maintenance decision model to maximize an enterprise average gross profit is built through a combination of compound Poisson process and Markov process theory,and a corresponding solution is also provided.The results indicate that:a small increase in equipment deterioration strength will lead to a huge loss of the enterprise gross profit for deterioration equipment which affects product quality;productive operators can get reasonable preventive maintenance schedules through the proposed model to restrain equipment deterioration.Furthermore,product quality fraction defective is limited in low level and wild fluctuant market random demand can be satisfied at a high service level by the usage of gotten schedules.
