摘  要:锥面连接是轴和轮毂间无键连接的一种重要形式,应用场合广泛。锥面连接中,轴毂之间通过摩擦传递扭矩。由于是锥面接触,缺乏直观的确定轴毂传递扭矩大小的计算方法,给设计带来不便。建立了锥面摩擦力矩的几何模型,使用积分方法,建立了锥面压力、锥面几何参数和摩擦力矩间的解析公式和估算公式,提出了当量力臂概念。当已知锥台大端或小端直径、锥台压力和半锥角等条件时,可使用解析公式和估算公式计算锥面摩擦力矩。实例计算表明,当锥角较小时,解析和估算方法结果十分接近,实际设计中可使用估算公式计算锥面摩擦力矩。Connection of shaft and hub whh conical surface is an important form of transmission with keyless installatior~ In this kind of transmission, torque is transmitted by friction between shaft and hub. Due to conical contacting surface, the transmitted torque can't be decided easily, that is inconvenient within design. Based on geometric computing model and applied integration method, analytical formulas to calculate transmission torque are presented, and definition of equivalent arm of force is put forward. On known diameters of two end of cone, force pressed on cone and angle of cone, transmission torque can be calculated with analytical formula and estimation one. It is demonstrated with example that computed results with analytical and estimation formula are close to each other. Then estimation formula of transmission torque can be used in application.
