摘 要:打滑一直是造成轴承提前失效的重要因素,针对圆锥滚子轴承的打滑现象,分析了圆锥滚子轴承运转过程中的运动学关系,进行了轴承内部元件间的作用力分析,编写了轴承内部元件间作用力子程序,并结合动力学仿真软件RecurDyn建立了轴承的动力学仿真模型,研究了轴承在运转过程中轴承转速、轴向载荷等工况条件对轴承打滑特性的影响。研究结果表明:轴承打滑率随轴承转速地增加而变大;随轴向、径向载荷地增大而变小,适当地增加轴向或径向载荷有利于降低轴承的打滑率。The skidding of bearing has always been an important factor that leads to the premature failure. In order to study the skidding phenomenon of the tapered roller bearing, the kinematic relations and interaction forces between bearing components are analyzed. The subroutines of interaction forces between bearing components are wrote. The bearing's dynamics simulation model is developed by using RecurDyn software. The effects of rotation speed, axial load on bearing skidding are discussed. The results show that the skidding rates become larger with increase of rotation speed, decrease with increase of axial load, radial load. Increasing the value of axial load or radial load properly can help reduce the skidding rates.
