摘 要:针对我国缆道测流自动化程度不高、测流效率低的问题,研制开发了AFS-Ⅱ型自动化缆道测流系统。在满足常规上人操作同时,全新设计的吊箱式测验平台实现了旋桨流速仪测速与悬杆测深的全自动化。测控系统采用IPC-PLC二级主从控制结构,测验平台与控制室之间通过无线数传模块基于Modbus通讯进行信息交换,采用标准通讯接口并制定了各控制子单元之间的通讯协议,各部分可以组成统一的系统,还可以根据需要独立应用。目前整个系统运行稳定可靠,极大的提升了测流效率,值得推广应用。AFS-II automatic hydrometric cableway system was developed to solve problems including the low automation degree of cableway flow measurement and the low efficiency of flow measurement in our country. A new hanging box measurement platform was designed to achieve full automatic the propeller current meter velocity measurement and suspension rod sounding, which realized the regular man operation at the same time. The measurement and control system adopted IPC-PLC two level master^slave structure, which not only realized the remote centralized control of the system, but also could control independently in the field. The data interchange between measurement platform and the control room is realized using the wireless data transmission module based Modbus. The communication protocol among the control sub units was established adopting standard communication interface. Every units could form a unified system or be used independently depending on the actual situation. At present, operation of the whole system is stable and reliable, which improves the efficiency of flow measurement and is worthy of popularization and application.
